About
Neighbor to the beautiful Ravine State Gardens, Palatka Golf Club offers a game that is as scenic as it is entertaining. Designed by Donald Ross in 1925, the golf course was created with all skill levels of golfers in mind. The layout is player friendly, but there are still many challenging elements to keep golfers on their toes, including Ross' signature "turtleback" greens. There are also numerous bunkers fiercely guarding the greens. The signature hole of the course is the par-3 third. This 188-yard hole is a test of accuracy, requiring a difficult tee shot to a well bunkered green. Palatka Golf Club also offers a unique aqua driving range for golfers to use.

Played this course many times when we come down from Canada and have never been disappointed.
Even though it wasn't the nicest course it was still fun. Not worth the drive from Jacksonville. But probably great for the palatka community.
Starter gave away tee time and made us wait an hour
Got to the tee box 10 minutes before tee time and started informed us someone "snuck" into our spot and we would have to go out with the next twosome in 1 hour..
When asked if he thought it was good business he said other places do it and it's happened to him before...Noce
Muni Gem
Great layout and a fun piece of history; everything is in pretty good shape, only complaint is greens were very slow
Cool Winter Round of Golf
Nice winter day for a round of golf. The course was much improved since the summer, especially the greens. Winter rye kicking in everywhere.
Nice pace and good value.
Good place to hit balls for cheap, but no fun to play
It's really not too much fun, fairways are ok but if you go out of the fairways it's sand, weeds, earth but no grass, Bunkers are really bad too.
Excellent Golfcourse
Interesting layout, course in very good condition for the time of the year. holes 10-18 exceptionally nice golf holes.
Better & better
Been playing this course fairly regular for the past 3+ years. Mgmt continues to improve on what is a challenging course by what looks to be a very good maintenance schedule. For the time of year, the condition is much better than some courses that are much more expensive. The team is always polite and friendly, it’s a great place to play!
Keep it up!
Just never hits the mark if you’ve played coarses outside of Putnam County
Greens where poor and cart paths in places would shake your fillings out of your teeth or put your back out your back out. Also no ball washing stations
Interesting course
I like the layout of the historic Ross course. Old trees, nice layout, fairways and greens in moderate conditions. Friendly staff. Value for money. Will come back
Palatka Golf day
OK course seem pretty tight, greens and tee boxes to close together. Had some deep glass along the fairways better stay on the fairway.
